Customer Journey Mapping

Understanding how users move through your site and where we can improve.

Who are your main customer types? What are their key goals or tasks on your site? Where do they typically start their journey (e.g., homepage, search, social)? What actions should they take before converting (e.g., donation, download content, newsletter signup)? What pain points or drop-offs do you currently see?

Site Map

Understanding and planning the structure of your website.

Please provide your current sitemap (or list of key pages). Are there any new pages you'd like to add? Are there any current pages you'd like to remove or merge?

Document Guide & Content Inventory

Organize and prep your content for migration or rewriting.

Do you have a shared folder or CMS export of current content? Will you be providing new content or leveraging your existing content?

Google Analytics Access

Review site performance and user behavior.

Please add our team to your Google Analytics account (view-only is fine).

Key Focus Areas

Align the new site with your business priorities.

What are the top 3 goals of your new website? (e.g., Increase sales, grow mailing list, generate leads, improve branding) Any problem areas with the current site you want to fix? Are there competitor websites you like/dislike? Why?

Brand Guidelines

Ensure visual and tone consistency across the new site.
