c. EMPLOYMENT – Juice Marketing and our supply partners only employs persons whose presence is voluntary and shall not use prison labor or corporal punishment or any other form of coercion as a form of discipline of employees.
d. COMPLIANT WITH LAWS – Juice Marketing and our supply partners will always comply with all applicable laws pertaining to minimum wage, overtime and maximum hours, and the protection and preservation of the environment, and shall utilize fair employment practices.
